Cancel Order

Change Shipping Method
All deliveries are handled by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL which must be signed for. It is essential that you or someone you know will be present to accept delivery. In the event this is not the case, you will be given a card to collect your order from the depot. Customer Care must be contacted before deliveries are sent out for any changes to shipping methods.
Change Discount Code
You must contact Customer Care if you wish to make any changes to promo codes or if you have any other related questions. They will assist you.

Changes in size(s), color(s), or item(s) must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The processing of an exchange or edit takes about 2-3 days, not including the shipping time or international orders. Exchanges and edits are available on all items.

Incorrect or Missing Item(s)
If an incorrect item is received, please contact Customer Care within 24 hours with the order number and a photo of the item. If there is a missing item, we will need an image of the parcel. When the issue has been resolved, either the correct item will be sent or a refund will be issued.

Prior to every shipment, all items are inspected and photographed in custom shipping boxes. Customer Care can assist you if any item(s) delivered by the delivery service is damaged or faulty, and we will work together to resolve the issue. Once the item is received, an image must be submitted to Customer Care within 24 hours.
